AESABESP – Sabesp’s Engineers Association has been promoting Fenasan – National Exhibition on Sanitation and Environment Services – for 21 years nonstop. Today the exhibition is consolidated and recognized as one of the most important trade fair of the sanitation sector in Brazil and worldwide.

Among visitors and attendees, the event receives about 10.000 people every year. The audience is composed of industries CEOs, businessmen, students, companies managers, researchers from the public and private sector, academics and others interested in the advanced application of the knowledge in environmental sanitation, proving to attract the most qualified professionals of the sector.

Fenasan’s main objectives is to promote and disseminate the technology applied in the sanitation sector, as well as the exchange of information, the showcase of products and the technological development of systems used in water treatment and supply, sewage, drainage of pluvial water, laboratory analysis, adduction and supply, waste collection systems and waste management, bringing together the main manufactures and suppliers of products and services for the sanitation industry and related sectors.

At the end of each edition, the AESABESP Award is granted based on the following concepts:

In 2010, the event reached an international status and counted with the significant endorsement and support of several institutions and companies all over the world. The attendance of other countries such as German, Argentina, Chile, China, USA, Netherlands, India, Israel, Italy, Mexico and Portugal has been seen as a constant and a result of a demanding increase of each edition.

The most recent editions of Fenasan have showed an increase in the national sanitation, trust in the sanitation market exponents and in their potential, adding to that the increasing interest of companies to invest, attend and establish partnerships.
